Data entry for resident payments is a time-consuming process that many property managers would rather automate. This is why PayLease recognizes the importance of offering a seamless integrated solution between PayLease and our client’s property management software packages.

Through their PayLease account online, clients are able to log in and view all online payment activity for all of their residents. Information such as resident name, property and unit info, payment amount, payment date is stored in the PayLease “View Transactions” screen. Since all information is in real time data, clients are able to see when a transaction has been initiated and also when it has been deposited into their account.

Once information is ready to be exported into the client’s property management software package, the data can be transferred with a few simple clicks! Our system automatically populates the data into their resident’s ledger. It’s that simple!
