PayLease’s Top Denver Picks for the NAA Education Conference

PayLease is gearing up for the NAA Education Conference in Denver, and our team can hardly wait to invade the Mile High City. Not only is the NAA Education Conference a good time to connect with people in the multifamily industry, but it’s a great chance to explore a new city.  And since PayLease happens to have a handful of remote employees living in Colorado (myself included), we’ve got the inside scoop on what to see and do when you’re in town. In addition to stopping by the PayLease booth, put these attractions on your must see list.

Local Breweries

Denver brews more beer than any other city in the US. From small, obscure breweries, to world-famous Coors Brewing Company, there are many options to wet your whistle. My favorite is the Wynkoop Brewery, because of its great food, ambiance, and of course the beer! Fun fact about the Wynkoop Brewery: it was founded by Colorado’s governor, John Hickenlooper.

Larimer Square

Within a single historic block in Downtown Denver, Larimer Square boasts eclectic restaurants and independently owned shops. My favorite Larimer Square spot is Osteria Marco because of its homemade cheeses and yummy pizzas.

Live Music

Denver is jammed packed full of live music venues. Downtown Denver’s The Soiled Dove is a great bar venue, or catch a show at the Paramount Theatre on the famous 16th Street Mall. Diehard concert enthusiasts should make time to visit Red Rocks Amphitheatre, easily the most renowned concert venue in the US.  Red Rocks is located in Morrison, about 30 minutes from downtown Denver.

Boulder

If you are extending your trip or have extra time to kill, venture up to what some Coloradans jokingly refer to as the People’s Republic of Boulder. Boulder is 30 minutes north of Denver and is known for its spectacular scenery, dozens of 5 star restaurants and liberal culture. Hang out on the Pearl Street Mall or take a drive up Flagstaff Rd for some amazing views.

Most importantly when you are in Denver, be sure to stop by our booth (#1845) for some fun PayLease style.  Visitors will be served ice cold beer and have a chance to win prizes playing everyone’s favorite Price is Right game, Plinko. See you in Denver!
