Manages all aspects of PayLease’s legal affairs. Keith has over 20 years of corporate legal experience in the areas of corporate law, governance, compliance, payments, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, litigation, and employment law.

Identifies and develops strategic initiatives to further establish PayLease as a payments and utility expert. In addition, Sheldon establishes and maintains relationships with various business partners.
Provides vision and strategic leadership for technology initiatives at PayLease. This includes software and product development, managing the Engineering and IT teams and maintaining service levels for all products and services.
Oversees Operations in PayLease’s San Diego office, which includes Account Management, Product Management, Revenue Assurance and Resident Services. Kristin ensures that the Company’s day-to-day processes deliver maximum value to PayLease clients.
Oversees Operations in PayLease’s Chicago office, which includes Resident Billing, Utility Expense Management, Submetering and Account Management. As one of the early employees at PayLease, Matt has been pivotal in shaping the company’s roadmap.
Leads the sales and marketing strategy as well as partner relations at PayLease. He oversees the Revenue Operations, Marketing, Sales and Business Development Teams. As one of the original PayLeasers, Nate has been instrumental in growing the business.
